Associate - Private Equity / Real Estate

This role requires a candidate that is an MBA graduate (or similarly oriented Master's degree) with equivalent work experience (3-5 years) in Private Equity (or Real Estate), Investment Banking, Financial Advisory Services or Strategy Consulting.
It is expected that the candidate fulfils all of the following criteria:
- Fluent written and spoken English, high level in other languages (Czech, Romanian, Russian and Ukrainian preferably) is a big plus;
- Excellent knowledge of IFRS, knowledge of local GAAP's is a big plus;
- Knowledge of financial modelling and valuation, excellent MS Excel skills;
- Ability to work independently in an organised manner and within a small team of professionals, possessing time management skills;
- Ability to take responsibility for specific activities within a project, management of the task, communication with partners and advisors, and;
- Responsible approach to duties and tasks, showing initiative and bearing personal drive.
The Associate position will involve analysing, structuring, financing and executing equity investments into both private equity and real estate projects. Associate might be responsible for market screening, analysis of potential investment opportunities, valuation and preparation of investment documents. The position also involves leading due diligence teams and management of due diligence process. Associate may also be asked to assist Investment Directors with active management of project and have a potential to be subsequently moved into a leading role within the principal investment.
