PPF Investments is adding new investment to its portfolio

PPF Investments Limited ("PPFI") is pleased to announce the acquisition of 9.3% shareholding stake in Oriel Resources Plc ("Oriel"), the London-based chrome and nickel mining and processing company. Oriel is listed on London's AIM, the shares after the approved acquisitions of IPH Polychrom Holdings B.V. and Croweley International Limited have been admitted to trading earlier today. The shares trade at GBP 0.47 per share thus making total market capitalization of merged entity GBP 261m (USD 514m).
PPFI has acquired the shares via its Investment Corporation PPF Alpha that set up a Special Purpose Company Eanermoon Limited for this transaction. With 9.3% ownership, Eanermoon Limited is the third biggest individual shareholder of Oriel after Polyprom Holdings BV (22.4%) and A&NN Properties Limited (13.5%).
