PPF Investments Group Board of Directors Meetings

The last Board of Directors meeting of PPF Investments Group was held in St. Helier, Jersey on 31 January 2007. The main topics of discussion were regarding the quarterly review of existing projects and the PPF Investments Group business strategy for 2007. The Directors of the Group approved the results of all Investment Corporations and the proposed projects.

The Directors of PPF Investments Ltd. have appointed Mr. Miroslav Nosál as acting CEO of the group until further notice.

Miroslav Nosal CFA, joined PPF Investments in March 2006 and has worked as an Investment Director in the London office where he has been responsible for development of several new equity investment projects in Ukraine, Czech Republic, Romania and Bulgaria as well as for existing projects in these regions. Miroslav has extensive experience within investment and commercial banking in Central and Eastern Europe, accumulated over the past 16 years. During that period he worked for several international financial institutions including Merrill Lynch.
