PPF Investments is acquiering a Romanian natural gas distributor

The Romanian Competition Council approved a purchase of 100% of Gaz Sud SA by Ligatne Ltd., a special purpose vehicle, 100% of which is owned by PPF Alpha. Gaz Sud is a leading private natural gas distributor operating six concessions in Ilfov county. The company supplyes gas to the fast growing industry zones around Bucharest as well as residential clinets. Gaz Sud is the largest independent gas distributor in Romania.
