PPF Investments is an independent, international private equity group with a specific focus on transitional economies such as those found in Central and Eastern Europe or Asia. Our goals are to achieve superior, risk-adjusted returns for our Investors by investing into assets/projects with significant growth potential. Holding company PPF Investments Ltd. is based on Jersey; with offices in Russia, Czech Republic, China and Vietnam.
The core of our investment philosophy is to focus on the fundamentals: sound business & corporate strategy, prudent management, and optimal capital structure. By applying these principles to both healthy and distressed companies, we strive for excellent operational performance, high growth, and ultimately strong cash flow generation.
PPF Investments operates through its Investment Corporations. We strive to take complete ownership control or strategic minority positions in order to get actively involved in business matters alongside the company’s management.
The PPF Investments Management Team builds upon the experience and successful track record of our investment professionals, combining their fundamental analysis, industry expertise, and transaction execution skills.

PPF Investments is managing overall assets exceeding USD 1 billion actually.
PPF Investments manages 2 investment corporations: PPF Alpha and PPF Beta. PPF Beta is designed as an investment corporation for a limited number of large investments primarily in Russia and CIS countries.
PPF Investments launched it's first Investment Corporation - PPF Alpha - in Autumn 2005. The initial subscription period of PPF Alpha finished in December 2006. The second Investment Corporation - PPF Beta - was launched in Summer 2006.
PPF Investments is currently assessing investment opportunities in the following countries: Russia; Ukraine; China; and in Central and Eastern Europe. PPF Investments is also ready to consider investment opportunities in other territories on a case-by-case basis.
PPF Investments has the right to use the “PPF” trademark, brand name of the prominent Czech financial group. PPF Investments and PPF Group are two independent groups in terms of assets and business activities.
PPF Investments shareholders are: Tomas Brzobohaty (82%), Petr Kellner (9%) and Jiri Smejc (9%). According to standard practice of private equity companies we are not entitled to disclose our investors structure.
